York County officials have meetings scheduled for July 16 and July 18 to discuss expanding the county's transit system.The director of RFATS in York County, David Hooper, said with the growth the area has seen, the conversation of expanding roadways and transit was inevitable.“This area is growing," Hooper told WCNC Charlotte. "We have a lot of new people coming into the area, businesses coming into the area and there are changes as a result.
