Send us Fan MailThis week I start talking about The UK government's, rather shameful, decision to delay the ban on multi-buy deals of shitty food (and related advertising). And this leads me to the subject of personal responsibility for your own health; YOUR choices are the things that affect YOUR health the most. I quote from Dr Morgan Levine, a scientist at Yale, in the above bit. You can read a Guardian interview with her hereAnd, of course, as a parent; your choices also have abig impact on your child's happiness and well-being. So what simple things can you do to make sure you are doing the best you can any given day and help your child be as healthy as they can be.In the news this week; I also talk about a study I came across that shows that taking Ibuprofen, and other anti-inflammatory drugs, may INCREASE the chances of chronic pain. So be careful with that stuff!! The same does NOT go for paracetamol, aspirin etc. so you seem to be better off taking that.
