Recently I was introduced to the concept of "Lighthouse Parenting," which describes parents who stand with their children to aid in guidance or direction, but do not always prevent them from making mistakes in order that they can learn from them to grow wise and strong.Today I will talk about Lighthouses again from a different vantage point. Though technology has taken away for the need to use lighthouses as they once were used, they stand as a great metaphor for so many aspects of our life's journey. Just think of the people who used to live and work in the Lighthouse. What did they call them? Light keepers. What a name to bear... Can we be one, too?Thanks for listening!
