You are enough.

from Marvellous Mind · host Marvellous Mind

Exploring the depths of self worth and the quest for completeness, this video delves into our innate feelings of insufficiency. From childhood experiences to societal pressures and evolutionary instincts, our consciousness can become conditioned into feeling that it is not enough as it currently is. The conditioning is a product of thought, thought which fragments and dissociates us from the authentic and current self - towards an endless pursuit of a 'complete' and 'enough' self - which is ultimately a mirage generated by thought. Beyond the confines of thought however lies a primordial ‘isness’ - a raw essence of existence. This inquiry into raw isness and presence demonstrates that true completeness is not an ideal, but a present reality. The present reality being that you are a temporary process in a vast and unfathomable ocean of existence. Glimpsing this and engaging with reality, not as a separate entity/ individual, but as a spontaneous and flowing process, is a way of engaging which is fuelled by the sense of completeness rather than insufficiency. You, just as you are, are enough. #meditation #mindfulness #selfworth #innerpeace #consciousness #selfdiscovery #innerjourney #youareenough #trueself #completeness
