We are on this earth to love and be loved. Start with yourself.  We are too often ready to help others and lend a hand, but very slow to ask for or accept help. When you look in the mirror, do you see your favorite features first or do you see what you want to change?  Start looking for what you love.  Love more. Loving yourself is very empowering.  Learn to love yourself. Learn to accept help.  Learn to accept compliments. Look for the good not the bad. Look for the solutions rather than the problems.
