You’re not a project because you’re not broken and therefore there’s nothing to fix, or even accomplish. I wish I could give you a step 1,2,3 on how to do this life business, but if it were that linear, life would come with a manual. For me, this work isn’t about “doing,” at least it doesn’t start from there. It’s about “being.” How are we “being” with ourselves. Are we being kind or mean? Are we critical or accepting? How we treat ourselves deciphers how “happy” or at peace we are within ourselves. And btw, once we’ve learned how to be in a state of “being,” the “doing” naturally follows. How we are within ourselves will flow into our behaviour, it will positively affect and reframe our belief systems, shift our triggers and reactions and we’ll begin to show up very differently in life because we will be relating to ourselves in new ways. As within, so without. Whatever you’re looking for from the outside is most likely what you are needing on the inside—from YOU. In this episode I talk about where to begin and how a simple reframe can make all the difference.
