Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, under the supervision of Anna Arwine, who brings both professional expertise and real-life experience to her work. She grew up with a strong, hardworking single mom who did the best she could—and it was through her mother’s strength that she learned the power of resilience. But like many, her path wasn’t easy. Growing up, Jessica struggled with her identity and often felt like she didn’t belong. That search for self-understanding eventually became the foundation for the healing work she does today. By the time she turned 21, she had already faced cancer and was later diagnosed with multiple sclerosis—a chronic illness that affects the central nervous system. She’s navigated divorce, grief, and the ups and downs of being a single mom. These experiences not only shaped who she is, but deepened her passion for helping others who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck. In her practice, she specializes in working with women, teens, and individuals living with chronic illness, using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients—especially minority women—can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether she’s working with clients, advocating for healthcare access, or spending time with her children, Jessica is all about helping people rediscover their worth and feel less alone in their journey.
