How many of you feel like you're not enough?

In this episode, we're sharing a powerful reminder: you are not your results.

Like many of my clients and even myself at times, I know the struggle of feeling unworthy in a world that constantly measures us by outcomes.

But here's the truth: working hard doesn't always guarantee success, and your worth is far greater than any number or result.

It's time to break free from limiting beliefs and shift your mindset. You can start by detaching your self-worth from external achievements and embracing the power of the pause. Taking intentional pauses helps you reset, listen to your intuition, and find clarity in your journey.

You are enough—just as you are.

The Extra In The Ordinary Erica Boerman Here we celebrate the little "extras" in our ordinary lives. And really, nothing about living out our lives under the authority of the Word of God and in the power of the Spirit is ordinary. It is extraordinary. However, sometimes amidst the diapers, FAFSA applications, driving lessons, tadpole catching, laundry, and general every day life, we don't pause to see the little extra something. It's the twinkle in your kid's eye as he shows you what he made in art that week. It's the silent tear that you barely catch a glimpse of when she walks through the door. It's the never-ending bedtime questions that might be a stall tactic - or it just might be the moment he knows he has your undivided attention for the first time that day. That's the extra. That's what makes the ordinary stand at attention. It's what makes us say, "Thank you, Lord, I almost missed this." Backseat Diaries Mohamed Brahimi To say that I have an extravagant taste in storytelling would be stating the obvious. I love listening to stories, and I equally love telling them. I tried demystifying my extreme infatuation with storytelling by looking into what Neuroscience may have to say about it. All I was able to dig out was a bunch of esoteric explanations about the release of hormones like vasopressin, oxytocin, dopamine, etc... A story teller is able to induce a myriad of feelings into his/her audience. A storyteller is able to pause your frontal cortex's cognitive functions. That's the power of story tellers John F. Kennedy - Great Speeches Inception Point Ai John F. Kennedy was widely regarded as one of the most effective public speakers of the 20th century. His speeches were known for their eloquence, their ability to inspire and motivate, and their use of vivid imagery.Kennedy had a natural charisma and a commanding presence that made him an engaging speaker. He was also a skilled orator who knew how to use the power of language to connect with his audience. His speeches were often filled with metaphors, similes, and other figures of speech that made them memorable and impactful.Kennedy was also a master of delivery. He spoke in a clear, confident voice, and he used pauses and inflections to emphasize his key points. He also made good use of eye contact and gestures to keep his audience engaged.Kennedy's speeches were often about the challenges and opportunities facing the United States. The Forgotten Rules of Prayer K.C. Hairston At a little church in a small town called Mulga, Alabama, the power of prayer is revealed as the church's pastor (Reverend Hicks) uses stories from his life and the small town to paint a clear picture of the workings of God. The basis on which God chooses to answer our prayers is a question that man simply cannot answer. However, by searching through the Bible and uncovering God's instructions for prayer, we can maximize the likelihood that our prayers will be answered in the future. The exact manner in which prayer works is a secret, and that secret has not yet been revealed to us on earth. According to Deuteronomy 29:29, "The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law." In light of Deuteronomy 29:29, Reverend Hicks uses the Forgotten Rules of Prayer book, which combines all of the cherished "revealed" rules on prayer and presents them in a format that can be passed down, as wa
