You are not your sin! (Romans 7:20)

“The devil knows your name but calls you by your sin. God knows your sin but calls you by your name…” (Ricardo Sanchez) You have a name and YOU ARE NOT YOUR SIN. That’s what we’re discussing in this week’s episode of The Woman Inspired Podcast. We’re also talking about the danger of name-calling; labels, twisting the Word of God AND making sure you know that you are not your sin. (And other people are not their sin either.) Paul said in Romans 7:20 - “Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it but sin that dwells in me.” Sin can dwell in you but that does not mean that you are your sin.
