Frame Your Week with the Word Identity in Christ! We are part of an organic organization called the body of Christ. The body of Christ is made up of people who have been born again and who God lives in us through the Holy Spirit. We are new creations in Christ, and it is His life in us that lives, no longer us. We are dead to sin because the motivation to sin called iniquity has been removed from us by the miracle of the second birth. We are alive to God because His very spirit is in us to empower us to respond to Him through worship, prayer, study of the Word, the ability and capacity to know Him and His revealed mysteries.All believers carry the authority of His Word and the empowerment of His spirit and access to the gifts of the Holy Spirit.All ministry gifts operate from within the body, they are carried by people within the body not sitting as the head over it.The body of Christ remains healthy as the Word and worship and prayer circulates among us. As we walk in our common identity in Christ and labor side by side to reach the lost world among us.
