Doing the uncomfortable work of getting outside your comfort zone and building a connection to a customer through a camera can give you a truly competitive advantage over your competition, which is not willing to do this. Take your smartphone, turn it on Selfy mode, hold it up, and make a video, then learn from that and make another and another.
