You ARE the Notebook

In this episode of The Courage to Live a Big Life, I draw inspiration from Pablo Picasso and declare: "You are the notebook."  What does that mean? It means your notes, sketches, and messy marginalia aren't just ideas—they are you. When you become the living, breathing embodiment of your notes, you're free to be messy, playful, and curious, no longer waiting for inspiration or permission.  Creation is not separate from living.
