Today we're joined by author and breathwork queen, Samantha Skelly. After struggling with an eating disorder, Samantha set out for soul searching. She first discovered breathwork about ten years ago, and it changed her life. Breathwork helped heal her eating disorder, as she developed a deeper connection with herself.   Full disclosure, this episode started out with the intention to be mainly about the practice of breathwork.
