You Can be Strong and Courageous

Today's Promise: Joshua 1:9 Joshua had just taken the place of Moses as the leader of the Children of God. They had entered the promised land and were facing multiple enemies that were stronger and mightier than them. I'm sure Joshua must have thought, "What have I gotten myself into?" Three times in verses six through nine, God tells Joshua to be strong and take courage. God says the same thing to you and me today. When you see all the fear and worry around you, remember God is with you.
