Season 2 Episode #49. Not Me, But YOU! Podcast. Thank you for all of the downloads. You can change your life in 4 years or less. To be a successful investor: do 3 things. 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. Do not sell it. Stack it. Bitcoin is the best performing asset on the planet over the last 16 years!  2) Invest in true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's/closed end funds. 3) Sell simple option contracts: cash secured puts/covered calls. 

This strategy focusses on CASH FLOW> I don't use a personal money manager. The reason: I know that 99% of money managers make MOST of their income by charging their clients FEES. They do NOT make most of their yearly income by investing in the same investments that they advise their clients to invest in! Another way to say this is that they are sales people and marketers. Not phenomenal investors! 

Read the book, "The Big Print" by Lawrence Leppard. To be a successful investor you have to be mentally tough. And you need to understand that your main goal is to outpace inflation (the true rate of inflation).  You won't accomplish this by only earning 4% or 5% on your money in some "safe" investment. 

Apple was laughed at when it first came on the scene. But study the Apple story. Learn from it. Apple stock is a great growth stock. But it is NOT good for cash flow! MSTY is a great ETF that is linked to MSTR> Why does the MSTR stock matter? Because they hold hundreds of thousands of Bitcoin! So MSTY is a Bitcoin play that pays a monthly dividend. It pays me cash flow. So I don't focus on the price/share. I don't care if the share price decreases. The ONLY think I care about is does it continue to pay me cash flow! CASH FLOW is the path to wealth AND remaining wealthy (as inflation causes prices to rise in the future)> 

My growth stocks for buy/hold are MSTR and Tesla. Learn about Tesla. It is more than just an electric car company! Know your investment goal (growth vs. cash flow) BEFORE you invest! 

When ONE Bitcoin is valued at $1,000,000, then take a loan against a small portion of it. Use the "buy, borrow, die" strategy to fund your lifestyle. This is the same strategy that Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos uses to fund their lifestyles WITHOUT selling their assets. They do NOT sell some of the stock shares so that they pay LESS in taxes! 

Buy "slices" of Bitcoin every week! Whatever you can afford. The number doesn't matter. It's the habit of consistently investing in it that will help to make you extremely  wealthy one day. 

I like Charles Schwab for buying/holding stock. I recommend them because their platform is EASY to use. And I love their consistently awesome customer service. You can actually get a human on the phone to speak with very quickly when you call them! That is VALUABLE to me as a customer. 

Buy "in the bear markets." Doing this will help to make you wealthy. But again, you have to be mentally tough to accomplish this. Most people do NOT buy in Bear markets. 

Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.
