Eight years ago,Tina was so very focused on the getting the work done that her job demanded that one week, even though she knew she wasn’t well, she j ust kept pushing through, kept going into the office. That Friday her boss asked “Tina, are you ok?” and she said “No I’m not, I’ve got to go right now”  She went to the doctor who immediately sent her to the local hospital emergency room where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She'd been trying to work through with pneumonia. Tina realized right then, that wasn’t the way she wanted to lead her life, She still wanted to have a great career, but more on her terms, while also focusing on the things important to her outside of work. She discovered practical strategies, tips and tools along the way and now has her own company where she teaches these strategies to large global companies and to their leaders.
