This week my guest is Jason Mitchell from Galway - a personal trainer for the past 5 years who specialises in personal training, coaching, online programs and fun boot camp classes. It was a pleasure to chat with Jason this week and I am so grateful for his honesty in sharing his story of how he struggled with an eating disorder in his teens, which led him to stop living his dream of playing rugby, but led him on to finding a new dream, a passion in helping himself and now his clients.A wonderful person who has real compassion for others and gives back to the community in his fundraising efforts for local charities. Jason has a wonderful coaching programme - JMF90 - 90 days (12 weeks) of nutrition, training, support, community and results.
