Here are some of the high points: What if your mental health is actually JUST as important as your physical health... or possibly even MORE important?! Most of us are aware that we need to steward our physical health, but it could be a new revelation for many of us that we also have to steward our mental health. When your mind is right, you can be unstoppable. But the challenge is that almost all of us have areas of mental unhealth. Our body (immune system, etc) actually FIGHTS toxic thoughts... it takes up real resources and bandwidth when we are throwing negativity at ourselves internally and externally.  When the mind is messy, the body becomes unhealthy! You can lose up to 80% of your nutrition because of your mind. Breathing exercises can help you take a pause and reprogram and reset your mind and your body!
