The ego’s scale of highs and lows seems to be internal, but it is really fear projected outward. Go further in, and you find what is truly here to be relied upon. What is here to be relied upon is utterly stable. It cannot move about underneath you. It is you. Resting upon what you actually are, you can be offered guidance.
