Podcast show Birgit Yegülalp.Birgit moved abroad when I she 20 for the first time and did so again 5 times after. She lived on Aruba, in Austria in the mountains, Barcelona & London for studies and her previous job as hotel manager a headhunter. When she was living in the Netherlands she always moved away from the known and where her family lived to Amsterdam. She was always dreaming of stepping out of what society thinks you should do, adventure and travelling, and she did in small amounts. It wasn't enough. Next to her fulltime jobs, she would always find fulfilment in scuba diving and a lot of sports to challenge herself instead. When she was 24 her father got diagnosed a blood cancer called multiple myeloma. So she postponed her dreams of travelling the world, working in scuba diving and starting her own company, although she did not know what yet. For years she was struggling with my happiness, restlessness and light depressions. she kept fighting but it was tiring. In 2012 she took a 10 days silent mediation course which started slowly opening her up inside since she closed off from all my feelings because she was so sensitive from her 12th. Due to that she suffered a massive eating addiction and when she was 21, returning from Aruba she was obese and no one recognized her. Fast forward In December 2019 she felt she should leave and on her way back to the Netherlands via Malta, she finally got the idea to start her own business, helping other people face their fears and live their life to the fullest. Out of their comfort zones is where she make people shine! she found herself a mentor in January 2020 and within 6 months she launched her first training and clients and was on her way.
