Before starting his own company, Travis spent 15 years in the institutional real estate investment industry, where he managed billion-dollar portfolios of U.S. real estate investments for non-U.S. investors.Through his life journey had two major obstacles to overcome…The first was his company shutting down in 2008 during the Great Financial Crisis (3 days after getting engaged), forcing him to relocate in order to stay employed (which was mostly due to all the debt he had at the time). Fast forward 10 years, the obstacle of his family taking a 90% pay cut for him to pursue a different path.
