You Can Overcome Anything: Ep 246 - Finding Hope in the Middle of Chaos – Cody Fisher

In today's episode of You Can Overcome Anything! Podcast Show, CesarRespino.com brings to you a special guest by the name of Cody Fisher.Cody Fisher was hopeless as hopeless as he could be. He spent most of his life In deep depression and addiction. in 2021 he had a suicide attempt that was almost successful, he spent 6 months in the hospital and unfortunately lost both of his half feet to frostbite. He came into recovery broken but began to gain some hope. With the help of Marie Martin and finding community he started to find his footing (pardon the pun) but it still didn’t take away that deep pitted sense of loneliness and hopelessness he was feeling. After he experienced his first transformational journey, he was rocked to the core. He had never experienced anything like it. It was almost instantly, the hopelessness disappeared, his emotional triggers and racing thoughts weren’t as intense. He felt confident to once again participate in this world again. He felt like it was a miracle, and just kept thinking why doesn’t everyone know about this? If it can legitimately help others in a similar way that it helped him, without taking a single pill, why isn’t this medicine available to everyone? It’s the kind of thought he could only sit with for song long that he realized (and with a gentle nudge from Marie) it’s up to him to make it happen. So he started studying breathwork.
