You Can't Sit With Us - Episode (#89) - (Biddl3) - Presented by Threshold Brace

“What’s poppin?” “Don’t mind me, just watchin” If you’ve been on TikTok or Instagram lately, you’ve probably heard these phrases - quite possibly in more than one video. And they originated from one of Biddl3’s many viral TikTok remixes. Biddl3 is a hip-hop artist from Milwaukee, WI that has experienced an unprecedented amount of success on the widely popular social media app, TikTok. Under the username @Biddl3Music he grew his account from roughly 2,000 followers to over 1 million in just 6 weeks by posting remixes to songs such as “Mood Swings”, “What’s Poppin”, and “Be Happy”, to name a few. The growth hasn’t been limited to one platform. In this time, Biddl3 has managed to gain over 26,000 new subscribers on his YouTube channel and Instagram account respectively. With this much larger audience, he’s been able to accumulate over 1 million streams in total across all of his songs. Biddl3 describes himself as a melodic lyricist, pairing intricate and thought-provoking bars with catchy, effortless melodies. He focuses heavily on the relatability of his music, rapping about heartbreak, chasing dreams, mental health struggles, and everything in between. “I believe that God blesses us with gifts that we are to use to show love to others,” he says. “Mine happens to be making music.” For the next 4-6 weeks, Biddl3 plans to release a new song each week. Paying close attention to which songs his audience gravitates towards, he will then put together a project centered around the themes of the most popular songs. Currently, there is no specific date for this project, but Biddl3 expects to release it by the end of the year.
