You Don’t Need Their Apology to Heal

In today's episode, I'm talking about why you don't need their apology to heal. We crave the apology so deeply because we're HUMAN. We're wired for connection and closure as humans; our hearts want to be seen, known, and heard. When we believe that healing is only possible after someone else makes it right, we unknowingly tie our freedom to someone else's readiness or willingness to take responsibility. It IS possible to let go of this weight that was never yours to carry in the first place. If you need more support on your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you in Good Movement Collective or 1:1 Good Movement Guidance! In this episode, I cover:Why it’s so human to long for apologies and validationWhat healing without an apology can look & feel likeHow to reclaim your power and begin moving forward (no apology required)Make sure to hit subscribe/follow so you never miss an episode!Find the complete show notes here: https://terryndrieling.com/you-dont-need-their-apologyConnect with Terryn:Follow on Instagram @terryn.drielingCheck out my websiteSend me an email at [email protected] & Links:Schedule a free consult and see if 1:1 Good Movement Guidance is right for youJoin the waitlist for the Good Movement CollectiveGood Movement music by: Aaron EspePodcast produced by: Jill Carr Podcasting
