Many of us are being asked to surrender right now. For some the obstacles, hurdles and challenges are huge, for others they are more subtle. Either way, most of us are being catapulted into a kind of surrender that is inviting us to slow down and feel. Slow down, and listen. We're shifting our centre of gravity from mind to body and heart. There's nothing like surrender to drop us into feeling and there's nothing like feeling to get us into our body. If we want to evolve, ascend and expand, we have to feel, we have to be IN our body.
