So many clients want that toned, athletic, healthy, strong “I look like I workout” body but think fat loss is the only way to get there. Here’s a secret: it may be that but more often it is putting in muscle! Stop being scared of this - you aren’t gonna get jacked and you aren’t gonna get bulky. What you ARE gonna get is confident AF (in and out of the gym!), stronger body & mind, prevent injuries and arms that will look good in that tank top. Yes we want to FEEL good but also looking good feels good as hell too.
