YOU gonna LOVE yourself ... before you LOVE someone else

In this episode i talk about how you gonna LOVE  yourself before you love someone else , My thing is you can't bring 50% to the table when someone else bought 100%  . That's not fair to the  other person in the relationship  cause your gonna end up hurting the person at the end. Loving YOURSELF  is hard when in the past people have knocked you down and made you feel like you don't deserve . But i'm here to tell you  you can love yourself and its ok to be alone ! Take your self out for coffee or dinner and treat yourself , your be surprise how you feel at the end of date :}
