You have to create your OWN flow state.

I emphasized the importance of building my own flow state to maximize creativity and productivity, particularly if I’m a creator, educator, or community builder rather than just focusing on developing apps.Flow state is a concept coined by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (pronounced “cheek-sent-me-hi”) in the 1970s. It describes a mental state of total absorption in an activity, where your sense of time distorts, self-consciousness drops away, and performance peaks almost effortlessly. Csikszentmihalyi called it “optimal experience,” and he found it across every domain he studied: surgeons, rock climbers, chess players, musicians, writers.→ One thing worth noting: flow isn't something you force. You create the conditions, then you let it arrive.
