I met the amazingly inspirational 86 year old Howard Riley in the Lake Placid Olympic Gold Ice arena, by matter of chance. Howard and I connected when I was photographing the arena after Olympic hopeful, Savannah Graybill insisted I go there to FEEL the energy. Not only did I feel the energy, but I had the dumb luck to run into Howard who had been there LIVE during that 1980 Olympic Gold Medal game.
