You lost - get over it

On Sunday Celtic secured another Hampden victory over Brendan with a penalty shoot-out league cup win. Celtic were below their best and Rangers capitalised on mistakes to make this cup final closer than it should have been. Unfortunately the marvellous efforst of Maeda (goal and penalty) and Schmichael (save and penalty) have been overlooked by the fallout from a “more outside” penalty call. Listening to the coverage, it seems that penalties in extra time are like playing the joker in It’s a Knockout and would have counted for double. Just before we recorded we had the SFA Var show where Collum threw his staff under the bus and said “they’re rubbish”, but as the boys say - we’ve had bad decisions in the past and were told to get over it so Clemente and Co - it wasnae give…get over it.
