Steve Silberman is an award-winning science writer, Twitter impresario, deadhead, activist, podcaster, and all-around fascinating guy. His work has appeared in Wired, The New York Times, the New Yorker, and many other publications. Steve is the author of NeuroTribes: The Legacy of Autism and the Future of Neurodiversity (Avery 2015), which Oliver Sacks called a "sweeping and penetrating history…presented with a rare sympathy and sensitivity." He has appeared on many podcasts including Freak Flag Flying and the Good Ol' Grateful Deadcast (hosted by the fantastic Jesse Jarnow).
