You measure what matters! I hear people say they care about their health all the time, then can't tell me any full details. Ask these same people stats for their favorite sports team, and they know them all. Ask them about their kids grades, height, weight, when they walked, sports stats, playing time, etc., and they have it all memorized. You have no trouble tracking what you truly care about. This is not to say those things are important. They are. However, if your health really matters, then you need to track those metrics with as much vigor. #veterans #military #weightloss #eatright #mentalhealth #mindsetcoach
