You might be one attempt away from making it big! I've known this to be true, but I have experienced this myself recently. I was CONVINCED I was months away from being able to do a muscle-up. If I ever got one. But I kept acting as if I would and kept putting in the work that would lead to that skill. Finally, last week, I pulled one off! I was able to do several more right after and did some more tonight, like I've been doing them for a while. You may think you're months or years away. But maybe you're only one attempt away. Keep putting in the work as if you're there already, because once you get that peak into the success, you have all you need to gain momentum! #veterans #military #weightloss #eatright #mentalhealth #mindsetcoach
