You Need A Vacation

Summertime is here and that means it is time for a vacation.  During the summer people love to spend more time outside soaking up sun rays.  It is also a great time to enjoy the longer days to get more done in the garden our around the house.  All this may be good but on this episode Rock explains the importance of taking a vacation.  A vacation is not just a break from work.
