You should get some sleep! Episode 1 My Linh

We are Pauline and Dieu Linh from year 12, and for our CAS Project, we will be publishing a series of podcast / talk show episodes. Our podcast will be aiming towards, not just school, but also students' life and global topics. For each episode we will invite a guest which could be anyone in HIS, and basically talk to them. The main idea is to get them to share their story or opinion about different topics,from big to small (for example: how to handle stress in the DP, how to get ready for the DP, get ready for the Personal Project, how to handle friendship breakups, …). Each episode will be published once every 2 weeks and the podcast will be delivered to you through email.This is our first episode, in which My Linh from Grade 12 shares some of her relationship insights.
