That's because I'm taking on the habits of those who age with grace and strength, and not the people that live in hospitals. If they don't have the life you want, don't do what they do. Getting older doesn't mean you lose all your ability. You do rusty because you stop using it. You stop using it because the people around you aren't willing to work on the skill of aging like a champion! You always have a choice.
