Today, as we behold the incredible victory that Jesus Christ won on the cross, we start to realize that the promises of God are for us, and the power of God is there to make these promises a reality. We begin to change by the power of God’s Holy Spirit. Little by little, step by step, we become more like the person that God created us to be and destined us to be. It’s then that we can start to tell others that we aren’t who we are because of human effort. We’re not who we are because of the resolutions that we have made. We are who we are because of the presence of God that lives inside of us. So when you choose to believe God and you long in your heart to see this new life that God has promised you, you too will change into the person that God has called you to be. Ask Him about it today. He’s willing to talk to you. It’s time to pray.
