Today we finally get someone on the show who I've been trying to link up with forever. He's the up and coming talent in MY specific trade, Mr Pat Finley of Commercial Kitchen Chronicles. Pat knew while still in high school that he wasn't going to go to college. In fact, he was certain about it and used it to remain focused on the path he chose, which at the time was electrical. Eventually that led him into commercial cooking equipment, then refrigeration. Even though much of his training was a "figure it out" style, he continued to succeed. Now, in addition to being a service technician, he is also a trainer for his company and for CFESA (the commercial food equipment service association). He loves helping people learn the craft which plays right into his definition of success, to simply make a difference.
