That’s right—you don’t have to put down a down payment.   There are some stipulations to this program, but it’s not like most other down payment assistance programs because it doesn’t have an income cap—you don’t have to only earn a certain amount of money to qualify for it. With this program, if the property qualifies, you qualify. All you need is a 636 credit score or higher.  With this program, if the property qualifies, you qualify.
