We adore her), to discuss her history-making exploits in Gavle. Rabah Yousif? Well, he's on because he... Oh - hang on. Scrap that. We mean Youcef Zatat. Or do we..? Basically, British Athletics had an administrative shocker in Bydgoszcz, naming the wrong athlete in their 4x400 squad, and catapulting the UK's #2 shot putter into the limelight. FYI - he definitely would have competed, and is a fantastic interviewee. Genuinely disappointing and a massive shame for the athletes unable to compete, but - also - what a story. How utterly ridiculous. We cast an eye over these two championships more broadly - there were some really exceptional performances, and domestic trials are only getting more exciting by the week - as well as the US T&F Champs (spoiler alert: Dalilah Muhammad is superhuman) and European U20s. Quick bit of housekeeping: please get in touch if we owe you a prize.
