You’ll know once it’s done.
from The Job · host Jonny Bevan - The Police Burnout Coach
In this episode we will talk about how to be more flexible and fluid so when things don;t work out as you thought they would you can readjust and keep on going. The first decade and then some of my policing career was often spent trying to predict exactly what was going to happen. I would try and plan everything to the enth degree which meant I either didn't start or got stressed along the way.Now I have learnt to start with an intention, take action, evaluate, make any adjustments and then go again. This saves so much time because you can spend the time planning how you think something will turn out and then someone throws a spanner in the works and everything changes.Have a listen and see if you think this approach will help you get out of overwhelm and get the job done.As always, if you ever need to talk and you want to find out more then please use the link below to book a FREE call.https://CoachingwithJonnyBevan.as.me/Discovery-CallTake it steadyJonny
