After walking out on Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) due to his risk-addicted personality, Sally considers leaving both her personal and professional relationship with him. Y&R sees Billy's attempts to secure funding for AbbottCom from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) only fuel the flames of Sally's discontent. Sally is fed up with Billy's obsession with getting revenge on Victor and reclaiming Chancellor, even if it means teaming up with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and indulging in questionable activities. Young and Restless sees Sally confides in Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson Newman (Melissa Claire Egan), revealing her intentions to sever ties with AbbottCom. This leaves fans speculating who might be Sally's next love interest. The newly recast Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) seems like a viable option. Detective Burrows (Matt Cohen), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and even Sally's ex, Adam Newman, are other potential suitors. Young and the Restless sees Sally may find opportunities at Jabot, courtesy of Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters), or at Newman Media, where Adam and Chelsea might sympathize with her predicament.
