Young athletes beat the heat at Detroit PAL sports combine

Despite temperatures pushing into the upper 90s, hundreds of young athletes are competing at Detroit PAL's Youth Sports Combine at The Corner Ballpark Tuesday and Wednesday. Organizers are emphasizing hydration and heat safety while kids test their speed, agility and athletic skills.
