Young Australians experience democracy at Parliament House

150 high school students aged 16 and 17 are participating in the National Youth Parliament in Canberra. The group met Speaker Milton Dick on the roof of Parliament House, where their first duty was unfurling the 12 by 6 metre flag that flies above the Senate and House of Representatives.
