Guest Young BrinsonYoung was the former Senior Program Manager for the Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program (NALEMP) through the Departments of Defense. She is Afro-indigenous and an enrolled member of the Ciru'ehá ka (Nottoway) Tribe of Virginia.Specializing in Tribal Law, Federal Grants Management, and Federal Indian Policy, she has worked extensively in Tribal financial management as a subject matter expert for the Tribal Capacity Building Center with Office of Child Care; Tribal discretionary grants as the Team Lead at the Administration for Native Americans; and Tribal education as a Biology/Psychology Teacher. Young holds a Masters in Tribal Law from University of Oklahoma College of Law, along with a BA in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from University of Richmond. Passionate about decolonization, the environment, UAP/non-human intelligence (NHI) disclosure, language, and identity, she is committed to Indigenous, Black, Brown, and planetary liberation.
