Your Body your Way. Anouk Beale was diagnosed with MS and Lupus and she NEVER gave up.

Anouk was born in Amsterdam in 1979. Together with her three-year older brother she had a happy upbringing by both their parents. She moved to Ireland in 2003 to live with her Irish boyfriend. This is still where she lives with her now husband and their two children. She loves to dance and listen to music as loud as possible. Reading and going on a journey into a different world is something she has enjoyed from the instant she could read. Besides loving to read from a young age she always had an active imagination. She used to and still does tell herself stories when she lies in bed awake. She has a very positive, happy outlook in life, regardless of the curve balls life throws at her. Since she was diagnosed with two long-term incurable illness and is no longer able to walk Her ability to look for solutions to achieve a desired result has come in extremely helpful.
