I am alone on this episode! Usually I have Eric sitting in the background yelling things every now and then but he is gone... for a little bit.  This episode is all about doing those things that you need so that you can be your best self. I want to tackle a major issue I keep hearing from mothers: I don't even have time to think, let alone do something for myself! As a woman, we get this misunderstanding of motherhood.
