Your Destination

This was the last piece finished for the #AnotherGreenWorld project, a track by track response to Brian Eno's album. This one had to correspond with I'll Come Running, which had a lot to think about. One is that the sing was an older one, revised for Another Green World, and made more loving and celebratory (earlier it was just dull and snarky.) So I thought about revising an old song, including even a "fake Mountain Goats song" I once wrote. In fact the lyric line about the citadel largely comes from that song. And anyway, also the whoo-whoos and well, a Robert Fripp guitar solo would have been nice but he must be busy and I can't wait for him.
