Depending on who you are, dog parks can either have a negative or positive association.  I don't believe whoever created the dog park had bad intentions, it just sometimes turns into a negative place to be. There are a few different ways a dog park can help your dog from it being a training environment on the outside to having off leash time on the inside.  What's your association to a dog park?
