The one thing all of those agents we just mentioned have in common is what we as coaches call: Experience Deficiency.  They don’t know what they don’t know.  They are unconscious of their incompetence.  Fortunately, we have a plan to cure this! You probably have at least some of these questions, and if you don’t, you should! -I don’t know where to start or what to do. -I don’t know how to: Lead generate, prequalify, present, negotiate, close, handle financing or inspections, close a transaction, lather, rinse and repeat! -Technology / social media / has passed me by. -How long should does it take to become successful? -How can I make money now when I don’t even know what I’m doing yet? -What should I or shouldn’t I be spending money on? -Why is everyone trying to sell me leads and should I buy them? -How do I handle basic questions like ‘how’s the real estate market?’, and ‘how long have you been a Realtor?’, ‘how many homes like mine have you sold?’ (Scripts!) -How do I find and follow an actual business plan?   Knowledge = Confidence. Ignorance = Fear Advanced: Understand the levels of learning. (aka levels of mastery) Level 1: Unconscious Incompetence. Level 2: Conscious Incompentence. Level 3: Conscious Competence. Level 4: Unconcious Competence. Level 5: Mastery (at this level you can learn how to be a coach)
